    Yes, we automatically back up your website every day. We store these backups for 7 days, giving you peace of mind that your content and data are always protected. In case anything goes wrong, we can quickly restore your site from any of these recent backups.

  • What happens if I need to cancel the payment plan?

    Our Build Now, Pay Later program requires a 6-month direct debit agreement – this commitment is what allows us to offer 0% interest and start building your site right away. That said, we’re human too and understand unexpected situations arise. If you’re experiencing genuine financial hardship, reach out to us. We’re always willing to have a conversation and work through options together.

  • How does the Build Now, Pay Later program work?

    Simple! We split your total website investment into 6 equal monthly payments with 0% interest and no hidden fees. You pay your first installment to begin, and your site goes live in 4-6 weeks. The remaining 5 payments are automatically processed monthly. Zero Interest, No Hidden Fees.

  • What if I prefer to pay upfront?

    No problem! We still offer traditional payment options: 20% upfront, remaining before launch. You can also choose milestone-based payments. We accept bank transfer, credit card and PayPal.

  • Are there really no hidden fees or interest?

    Absolutely none. The price we quote is exactly what you’ll pay, just divided into 6 payments. No setup fees, no interest charges, no surprises.

  • How does the process work?

    Simple! After our free consultation and your first payment, we kick off with Discovery to understand your needs. Over the next 4-6 weeks, we research your market, design your site, build it with modern technology, test everything thoroughly, then launch. You’re involved at every stage with reviews and feedback. Once live, we provide training so you can make updates yourself, plus ongoing technical support.

  • Is the site mobile-friendly?

    100% yes. Every site is fully responsive and looks great on mobile, tablet, and desktop. (Over 60% of your visitors will be on mobile!)

  • Why only 4 spots per month?

    Quality over quantity. By limiting spots, we ensure each client gets our full attention and best work. This isn’t a sales tactic – it’s how we maintain our standards.

  • Can I make updates myself?

    Absolutely. We use user-friendly platforms and provide training so you can update content anytime. No more waiting on developers for simple changes.

  • Is web hosting included?

    Hosting is separate and typically runs from $250 Per Year or $29.95 Per Month depending on your needs. You can cancel anytime with 1 month notice, and we’ll help with migration if needed.
